We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Yext’s 1:1 messaging and email marketing products. This role sits at the intersection of communications, automation, and AI, and will be critical in helping businesses engage their customers with personalized, compliant, and high-performing messaging.
You will own the product roadmap for messaging and email, working closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features that drive adoption and measurable customer value.
What You’ll Do- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 1:1 messaging and email marketing
- Build and launch scalable messaging experiences across channels.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Develop features that leverage automation and AI to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes
- Work closely with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions
- Establish clear success metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion, time saved, adoption)
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to drive successful launches and adoption
- 4–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or martech
- Experience with messaging platforms, email marketing, CRM, or customer engagement tools
- Strong understanding of user workflows and building for non-technical users at scale
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with automation platforms or workflow builders
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven personalization or content generation
- Background in compliance or regulated communication environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare)
- Experience building products for distributed teams or franchise models

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
