Product Manager
Edenred PayTech
Hybrid – Swindon, Wiltshire or Paddington, London
£75,000 - £85,000 + annual bonus
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Edenred PayTech and help shape the future of our compliance and data platforms.
Our PayTech Nexus platform processes over 1.5 billion transactions every year across 30+ countries, supporting a wide range of financial products including challenger banks, travel, fuel, employee benefits, and retail gifting.
In this role, you’ll work across key compliance areas including:
Transaction monitoring for AML and fraud prevention
Screening of account holders and payment counterparties
360 account holder views and case management
Regulatory reporting and audit requirements
Supporting the move to a modern data platform
You’ll work closely with technology, compliance, operations, and business teams to deliver valuable, scalable, and compliant product solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Owning and prioritising product backlog items within the compliance domain
Working with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and deliver new features
Writing clear user stories and defining business requirements
Helping drive product improvements and operational efficiencies
Supporting delivery from discovery through build, testing, and rollout
Working with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party partners
Using data and insight to support product decisions
Helping ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and operationally effective
What we’re looking for
Experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within payments, fintech, banking, or compliance-led environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working closely with developers, analysts, and business teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, self-starting approach
Experience with Agile ways of working
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to balance business needs, client requirements, and operational improvements
Nice to have
Experience with compliance products, AML, fraud, KYC, or regulatory reporting
Experience working with third-party suppliers or platforms
SQL or data analysis skills
Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French

Skills Required
- Self-starter who progresses features without micro-management and removes blockers
- Prioritise product domain backlogs and ensure strategic deliverables are completed on time
- Design standard functionality considering wider business needs rather than single-client solutions
- Experience working closely with Business Analysts and Developers in a collaborative way
- Experience procuring and managing third-party products and suppliers
- Experience of operational process improvements and driving continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to assess and carry out data analysis to inform decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience owning product solutions end-to-end from shaping through build, testing and rollout
- Ability to manage budgets including third-party supplier costs
- Technical skills a plus: able to construct SQL to retrieve data from databases
- Foreign languages a plus: Spanish, Portuguese or French
