Huntress was built on a simple premise: to force hackers to earn every single inch of their access.
The Role

Reports to: Senior Director, Web

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $145,000 to $160,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Founded in 2015 as a fully remote company by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress was built on a simple premise: to force hackers to earn every inch of their access.

Today’s cyber-attacks aren’t limited to large organizations with the security tools that can ward off threats. Hackers don't discriminate and will find a way to penetrate any vulnerability in any size business, which is why Huntress focuses on protecting those small to midsize businesses that make up the backbone of our economy.

Huntress stops hidden threats that sneak past preventive security tools by utilizing our award-winning security platform and expert human threat hunters through dynamic products, including Managed EDR, MDR for Microsoft 365, and Managed Security Awareness Training.

Join the hunt and help us stop hackers in their tracks!

What You’ll Do:

Huntress seeks a Senior Product Manager to oversee our B2B SaaS marketing website and customer-facing portals. In this role, you will be the visionary behind a best-in-class digital experience that not only helps scale our business but inspires our customers. You will take ownership of developing and executing systems and processes that empower teams, fuel innovation, and enable our digital properties to deliver outstanding results with a relentless focus on driving customer engagement and business growth. This role will be at the forefront of optimizing self-service, conversion rates, and platform performance.

You can expect to work cross-functionally with many talented and passionate teams to help foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high morale. Ideally, this role will provide abundant professional development opportunities, allowing you to grow into a leadership position.

    • Create training programs and documentation that enable non-technical teams (marketing, product, and content) to operate independently

Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to create seamless, frictionless user journeys that maximize impact
    • Leverage analytics to continuously identify areas for improvement, transforming insights into actionable opportunities

Inspire a Culture of High Performance and Continuous Growth:

    • Manage the entire project lifecycle with precision, from gathering requirements to delivering successful outcomes. Ensure all projects align with the company’s strategic objectives
    • Lead cross-functional teams with transparency and clear communication, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and timely project delivery
    • Set the standard for thorough, transparent documentation that is consistently backed by data and insights. Encourage the team to document processes, decisions, and metrics to foster a culture of continuous learning and informed decision-making
    • Regularly monitor and optimize website performance, championing improvements in page load times, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience

Elevate Content Strategy & Execution:

    • Oversee the content management process, ensuring it is smooth, efficient, and aligned with brand guidelines
    • Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to strategize, launch, and iterate on content that resonates with users through the customer lifecycle and supports business objectives
    • Manage the CMS to ensure that content updates are seamless, efficient, and delivered with precision

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Leadership: Proven track record of building high-performing, motivated teams that thrive on collaboration and excellence
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in website management tools, CMS, analytics platforms, and A/B testing. Deep understanding of conversion optimization techniques
  • Project Management: Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others to drive data-backed decisions
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Culture Builder: A team player who fosters positivity, accountability, and continuous learning within their team
  • Problem-Solver: Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a focus on driving improvement and innovation
