Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.
We seek a senior trading product manager to join the Trading team. The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of traders in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.
- Comprehensively assess the risks of the trading system, including liquidity risks, market risks, etc., and provide effective methods for monitoring and managing risks.
- Plan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for our crypto asset trading products, including mark price, liquidation system, insurance fund, etc.
- Optimize risk control rules, improve the efficiency of the risk control system, reduce the probability of and losses from abnormal events, and ensure the stability of the insurance fund.
- By modeling, calculating and assessing market risks, and providing reference for the adjustment of risk control parameters.
- Monitor real-time market data and risk indicators, identify abnormalities and potential risks in rapid time. Take appropriate actions to manage risk and implement a risk control plan
- Instruct junior product managers to form a methodology on risk control products.
- Bachelor's degree or above with financial risk management experience or Internet risk related PM experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company.
- Have a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry.
- Possess comprehensive and mature experience in risk control management.
- Data-sensitive，possess excellent data analysis and processing capabilities. Skilled at discovering potential issues through data analysis.
- Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and your team.
- Proficient in English language, Chinese Language is an added bonus but not a requirement (to work cross functionally with the tech team).
- Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options is preferred.
- Having in-depth insight based on data analysis, with extensive experience using Excel, SQL, Python and other tools for data processing and analysis is preferred.
