Are you passionate about Product Management and Supply Chain Planning?
This role plays a critical part in modernising our Supply Chain and Site Planning capabilities with the digital products optimizing the experience of production planning and scheduling as we fulfil the needs of supply chain and our customers around the world!
The position is based in Billund, DK or London, UK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities

Develop an ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to relevant partners and the product team, so they’re aligned, invested and passionate about the strategic direction.

Translate business strategic goals into a prioritised product roadmap, identifying and generating new ideas that grow market share, drive commercial and business value and improve colleague or customer experience.

Capture the key outcomes that the business wants to achieve, the timeline and the metrics that will ultimately define the product’s success.

Working with UX specialists, integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to improve user satisfaction and ensure user centred design

Take ownership for creating user stories, and ensure there are sufficient number of user stories that have been refined and estimated by the team for upcoming sprints

Act as a subject matter expert for the product team, providing insight, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required.
Play your part in our team succeeding
The Senior Product Manager is accountable for the success of their product, setting the product vision and strategy, defining objectives and key results for the product team, in close alignment with their partners and supported by talented teams of Engineers, Digital Designers, Architects and Agile Coaches, amongst others.
The Product Manager owns the product backlog, prioritising and maintaining the development of opportunities that the team are working on, ensuring that they deliver the most significant value for the LEGO Group and for our customers!
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate comes with 5-7 years of relevant experience, including working with SAAS solutions and third-party suppliers and bringing a proven track record of leading cross-functional agile teams through the full product life cycle. Knowledge of SAP, Siemens Preactor / Opcenter APS and/or other SCM solutions such as Kinaxis Maestro will be an advantage. Experience working with factory planners, manufacturing sites and shop floor scheduling is also beneficial. Furthermore, you bring:

Experience in managing products at scale within an Enterprise context in a global manufacturing company is also advantageous.

Good knowledge of the business domain and technology landscape in Production Planning and Scheduling.

A great communicator and ability to clearly articulate the problem, capturing requirements and presenting proposed solutions.

Ability to understand and draw out key themes and trends from analysis of customer and market data.

Skilled at working effectively and thinking strategically with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.

High level of learning mindset and self-awareness.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
