- Drive the vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
- Develop, define, maintain and communicate the product strategy and roadmap
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements

- Execute the product roadmap by providing direction to the product development team for product evolution and priorities, ensuring that the experience gained from external market activities, usage analysis, competitive response, and market research is reflected in future product releases
- Assess market competition by cultivating knowledge of competitor products to identify product gaps, assess and address competitive threats, and gain a competitive edge

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years’ directly related experience in product or services development
- Demonstrated leadership
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders and all levels of management
- Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy
- Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
- Sound decision making, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and ensure cooperation across First American product companies
- High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, influence outcomes and change, and negotiate for resources
- Successful track record designing, developing, and executing complex projects

Pay Range: $129,300.00 - $172,300.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
