Providence is calling for Senior Product Manager - Remote
The Senior Product Manager combines user experience, business expectations, and technology to define and deliver products that delight the user base. The role provides simple elegant solutions to complex problems. This role works in a fast paced, evolving environment, with constant demands for better services. It requires strong problem resolution, decision making, communication, and partnering skills. This role acts as the primary relationship manager with business partners and stakeholders served by the product line, ensuring full engagement and communication, resolution of general issues and alignment of business strategy for the product.
This position is part of the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE), a multidisciplinary analytics function that serves all of Providence. The Senior Product Manager will be part of a team within the ACOE that supports analytics products and services for Acute Hospital Operations (e.g., Length of Stay reduction, Case Management, Perioperative Services, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Hospital Medicine, Imaging).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience.
- 5 years familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent educ/experience
- 5 years experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations.
- Industry frameworks in applicable domain.
