Your Expertise
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company, with a track record of shipping successful features
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in marketing or messaging
- Deep understanding of mobile messaging, rich media, and conversational interfaces
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to rally cross-functional teams around a unified vision
- Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding their needs
- Track record of independently driving product strategy for large complexity features
- Ability to balance technical feasibility, business value, and user experience in product decisions
