The ideal candidate has a strong background in fintech, consumer finance, or growth-focused product management and thrives in a fast-paced environment where experimentation and innovation drive measurable results. You’ll continuously monitor product performance metrics to optimize user engagement, conversion, and long-term value, ensuring that every enhancement moves both the customer and the business forward.

  • Accelerate Growth: Build on the vertical’s momentum by launching and optimizing experiences that improve customer outcomes and scale the business.

  • Collaborate on Paid Marketing: Partner with the Performance Marketing team to design, test, and refine paid channel experiences—balancing efficiency with a seamless user journey.

  • Leverage Market Insights: Conduct market analysis and user research to uncover opportunities, inform strategy, and guide product decisions.

  • Champion Customer-Centric Innovation: Deeply understand consumer behaviors and needs to deliver personalized, high-impact product experiences.

  • Drive Execution: Partner cross-functionally to deliver new features and product enhancements on time and with measurable impact.

  • Optimize Performance: Use data, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Advocate for the Customer: Keep user needs and outcomes at the heart of every decision.

  • Mentor and Collaborate: Support junior PMs, fostering growth, inclusion, and shared success.

Your experience:
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance, or a related industry.

  • Proven success leading products or experiences in performance/paid marketing, ideally within fintech or consumer lending.

  • Experience scaling products in fast-growing businesses—balancing quick wins with long-term investments.

  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with data tools to guide decisions and measure impact.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and data-driven product development.

  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams; comfort with APIs and technical workflows.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.
