What you'll do
- Lead development and execution of Xero’s Mobile product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs
- Conduct and synthesise customer research to identify and validate valuable, complex problems
- Embed customer insights and data in product planning and prioritisation
- Frame and test solution hypotheses in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Manage funding, resources, risks, and compliance across the product lifecycle
- Oversee delivery cadence, rituals, and release strategy to ensure effective launches
- Monitor product performance, driving continuous improvements and interventions as needed
- Lead the product through its full lifecycle, from discovery to sunset
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across product functions
- Coach and support team development, hiring, onboarding, and product practice uplift

What you'll bring
- Proven experience shaping product roadmaps and long-term strategy across complex or multiple products
- Strong track record of using technology to solve customer problems and deliver value
- Skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive customer and commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of agile practices in software development environments
- Experience influencing decisions and outcomes across varying levels and contexts
- Hands-on experience developing native mobile product solutions
- Industry experience relevant to Xero’s ecosystem is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and support product team members
