Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products that address both user and business needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, goals, roadmap and KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility
  • Work closely with engineers and designers during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to validate product decisions
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and support teams
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and measurable results
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional communication and alignment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

Requirements (Must have)

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or a related technology-driven industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Lean environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems. 
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows.

Nice to have

  • Cross-functional experience or exposure to leadership roles
  • Professional certifications (e.g. Agile, UX, Cloud, PMP, ITIL
