Build and operate credit-scoring and merchant-underwriting ML models across feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Develop point-in-time-correct features, MLOps pipelines, agentic model lifecycle and validation loops, explainable models, backtesting harnesses, and audit-ready evidence for fintech regulatory requirements.

Own the architecture, development, quality, performance, testing, security, and delivery of a production fintech iOS platform. Build native solutions with Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit; implement concurrency, persistence, CI/CD, integrations, feature flags, and analytics. Collaborate with product and backend teams on requirements, APIs, authentication, and event schemas. Support production incidents, maintain zero-regression standards, and contribute to technical strategy for consumer and merchant applications.

Lead InPost’s group-wide linehaul and middle-mile logistics strategy across European markets. Standardize route design, capacity planning, freight fill rates, dashboards, transit-time performance, and cross-border lane optimization. Develop business cases for network redesign and transport investments, support TMS and transport initiatives, align country teams, manage the international transport budget, and lead two direct reports while influencing market planners and transport managers.

Own the architecture, quality, performance, and delivery of a native Android fintech platform. Build Kotlin and Jetpack Compose applications, implement secure persistence and integrations, create automated tests, optimize performance, support CI/CD, and manage web-to-native experiences. Collaborate with product and backend teams on requirements, APIs, authentication, event schemas, releases, incident response, and post-mortems.

Leads the data and AI function for a new fintech platform, owning strategy, organization, budget, data engineering, ML/MLOps, data products, feature stores, agentic systems, governance, and real-time credit and risk decisioning. Builds the function from scratch, establishes production AI standards, oversees platform reliability and observability, partners on architecture and risk, and reports to executive and board-level stakeholders.

Designs and operates batch and streaming data pipelines on Databricks and Spark for fintech lending use cases. Owns feature-store reliability, point-in-time correctness, data modeling, governance, observability, incident response, and data-quality controls. Develops agentic workflows with tools, evaluations, state, and guardrails around feature creation and monitoring. Requires strong Python, SQL, Spark, lakehouse, orchestration, and financial data engineering expertise.

Design and own the feature-store architecture supporting credit decisioning, including schemas, point-in-time correctness, freshness SLAs, lineage, data quality, observability, and drift monitoring. Build reference data-engineering patterns and lead complex cross-domain initiatives in regulated environments. Architect agentic harnesses and loop or graph workflows with reliable context, tools, evaluations, guardrails, and cost controls. Serve as a hands-on technical authority who establishes standards and mentors through influence.

Design and implement Java microservices for parcel creation and other business-critical systems. Responsibilities span architecture, development, automated unit, integration, and contract testing, code reviews, event-driven Kafka integrations, deployment, and end-to-end ownership of solutions. The role requires collaboration across a complex distributed environment, participation in architectural decisions, and use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance Java microservices using Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP. Build reliable data products supporting credit decisions, portfolio performance, unit economics, and production agentic systems while partnering with Data & AI, Data Product, and Credit Risk leadership.

Define infrastructure and platform architecture across fintech engineering teams, including cloud topology, networking, deployment pipelines, observability, security, and infrastructure as code. Lead architecture decisions, technical standards, reliability practices, and cross-team adoption without direct authority. Own the infrastructure layer of an agentic engineering harness, including CI/CD, sandboxing, tool execution, and guardrails. Mentor engineers and contribute to platform and product strategy.

Define frontend technical direction for a fintech platform area across architecture, design systems, micro-frontends, state management, performance, rendering, and accessibility. Author ADRs and RFCs, evaluate technology trade-offs, evolve an AI-native engineering harness, and drive adoption of frontend standards across teams. Provide product strategy input and mentor Staff-track engineers. The role requires extensive frontend, fintech, cross-team architecture, technical leadership, and technical writing experience.

Lead the creation of the ML and MLOps function, team, platform, and development standards from the ground up. Own the full machine-learning lifecycle, including credit and decisioning models, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, model-risk management, responsible AI, and regulatory governance. Manage compute budgets, headcount, and measurable business outcomes while partnering with data engineering on governed feature production.

Owns the strategy, development, and delivery of InPost Pay checkout products. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, managing the product vision and backlog, writing requirements and user stories, leading initiatives from concept to launch, optimizing e-commerce and payment flows, analyzing market trends and data, managing stakeholders and vendors, and mentoring team members.

Lead and develop an engineering team while overseeing greenfield initiatives and large-scale software projects from concept through production. Provide technical leadership in Java, system design, cloud-native development, and engineering best practices. Partner with product and business stakeholders, manage delivery, communicate risks, support organizational change, and improve development processes.
