Write your story with a career at Zip

As Senior Product Manager, Internal Agentic Processes, you’ll help shape how Zip uses agentic AI to create smarter, simpler and more effective ways of working.

Working closely with our Data & AI team and teams across the business, you’ll uncover the internal processes where agentic capabilities, including Zed, Zip’s internal AI capability, can create the greatest value.

You’ll own the product problem, use case, workflow and outcome, taking opportunities from discovery and prioritisation through experimentation, implementation and adoption. Data & AI will be your key technical partner, bringing the underlying AI and engineering capability to life.

This is an opportunity to help Zip build a practical understanding of what agentic AI can unlock, redesigning how work gets done rather than simply automating the way it happens today.

What you’ll own

  • Identify and prioritise internal processes and workflows where agentic AI can improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality
  • Lead product discovery with internal teams to understand their workflows, pain points, needs and opportunities
  • Build and manage a prioritised pipeline of agentic AI opportunities, balancing business value, user impact, feasibility, risk and strategic alignment
  • Define clear product outcomes, requirements and measures of success, using sound judgement to navigate ambiguity and make considered trade offs
  • Partner closely with Data & AI to turn business problems and workflow opportunities into practical, scalable solutions
  • Lead experiments and pilots that test assumptions and determine where agentic approaches should be adopted, adapted or stopped
  • Redesign internal workflows around new capabilities, looking beyond automation to find better ways for teams to work
  • Drive adoption by ensuring successful solutions are intuitive, useful and embedded into everyday workflows
  • Use data, feedback and operational insights to understand impact and continuously improve delivered solutions
  • Capture reusable product patterns and learnings that help successful agentic use cases scale across Zip
  • Partner with Risk, Security and other stakeholders to ensure responsible AI practices and appropriate controls are embedded from the outset

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Zipsters work on a broad range of initiatives, and our skills and experiences all look a little different. What really matters to us is that you’re a great fit with our four Values, and have a desire to learn and grow.
  • So whether you meet some or all of the desirable attributes below, we’d still love to hear from you:
  • Strong product management experience, with the ability to take complex opportunities from an ambiguous problem through discovery, delivery and continuous improvement
  • Strong product discovery skills and an ability to understand complex workflows, uncover underlying problems and translate them into clear product opportunities
  • A practical understanding of AI, automation and agentic technologies, with the judgement to recognise where they can create meaningful business value
  • Experience partnering with Data, AI, Engineering or other technical teams to turn business problems into scalable product solutions
  • Strong systems and process thinking, with an ability to connect the dots across people, processes, data and technology
  • Experience using experimentation, data and qualitative insights to prioritise opportunities and make effective product decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and bring people with you through change
  • Commercial and operational judgement, balancing business value, user experience, scalability, delivery complexity and risk
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
  • An aptitude for identifying and managing risks. Whether you are a People Manager or an Individual Contributor, we are all leaders at Zip, therefore effective risk management is important to how we run our business and part of all our roles.
