Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for your assigned product area, aligning it with the company's overall strategic goals. Identify significant market opportunities, evolving customer needs, and complex competitive landscapes to inform product direction.
Portfolio Ownership: Drive strategy and execution across multiple related product areas, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximizing cross-product synergies.
Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the product roadmap, strategically prioritizing features and initiatives based on long-term strategic value, significant customer impact, and technical feasibility. Clearly communicate the roadmap to executive stakeholders across the organization.

Market & Customer Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth customer interviews to gain profound insights into user behavior, critical pain points, and emerging trends.
Data-Driven Performance & Iteration: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, rigorously monitor performance, and leverage advanced data-driven insights to identify areas for substantial improvement and guide future iterations. Stakeholder Management: Build strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communicating critical product updates and progress to senior leadership.

Experience: Overall 7+ years of experience in product management or similar roles within product companies, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex, impactful products.
Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think strategically and translate broad, ambitious visions into actionable plans and detailed product requirements.
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies. Ability to engage in sophisticated technical discussions with engineering teams and guide architectural decisions.
Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use complex data to drive critical product decisions.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to effectively influence and engage senior leadership to drive product strategy and organizational alignment.
