In this role you will be responsible for developing the strategy and marketing plans for our Shoulder iD portfolio in Upper Extremities. This will include annual marketing plans, launching new shoulder arthroplasty products, and leading a small team of associates. You will also be gathering competitive insights, managing a budget, training new sales reps, developing launch plans, setting pricing structure, PLCM, and customer relationships.
This hybrid role is based out of our Bloomington, MN office.

What you will do
Lead the development of key marketing strategy documents (strategic plans, annual plans, product launches) in partnership with the broader marketing team
Identify and translate unmet or unexpressed customer needs into product and program improvements
Coach the team on competitive positioning, including strengths and weaknesses of key competitors
Drive segmentation, targeting, and pricing strategies aligned with overall marketing strategy and brand positioning
Strengthen customer insights by guiding teams on value proposition, buying drivers, and aligning offerings to customer success factors
Establish processes to maintain customer engagement and proactively address issues impacting satisfaction
Translate strategy into execution by turning marketing plans into actionable initiatives and clear deliverables
Communicate effectively across teams, including guiding MarComm strategy, sharing insights, and coaching on forecasting, PLCM, and performance metrics

- US5: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual
