We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our Mako Shoulder portfolio. This hybrid role can be based out of our Bloomington, MN; Mahwah, NJ; Fort Lauderdale, FL; or Portage, MI locations.
What you will do
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, annual business plans, and product launch strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive insights to influence product and program improvements.
• Lead market segmentation, targeting, and positioning efforts to improve commercial effectiveness and business performance.
• Establish pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning, market dynamics, and overall business objectives.
• Drive financial planning by forecasting resource needs, managing budgets, and applying strong business and financial acumen.
• Define success metrics, goals, and milestones, and measure performance to ensure achievement of key business priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships and cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders, key organizations, and customers to advance strategic initiatives.

- USN: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual
- US5: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual
- US20: $123,100 - $205,200 USD Annual
