We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager - GTM (m/f/d) to join the team in our portfolio company and manage its product growth strategies.

The platform provides a user-friendly experience that empowers businesses to thrive. The team currently counts 75+ FTEs located across Germany (Berlin HQ), China, and India. The company is on track to achieve profitability and generate triple-digit million GMV.
In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to uncover unmet needs and market opportunities
- Align product strategies with business goals, market demands, and technological advancements
- Plan and execute successful product launches in partnership with engineering, sales, and customer support teams
- Partner with teams to design and deliver impactful, high-quality products within ambitious timelines
- Analyse industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to guide product decision-making
- Own the product lifecycle by driving discovery, MVP development, and post-launch performance tracking, as well as constant iteration
- Establish feedback loops, conduct user interviews, and refine features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a successful track record of discovering and launching B2B products
- Strong understanding of product discovery, go-to-market strategies, and market research methodologies
- Familiarity with FinTech, AI, SaaS, or related industries; experience in marketplace models is a plus
- Skilled in leveraging data to inform decisions and measure product performance
- Experience conducting user interviews and developing MVPs in fast-paced, iterative processes
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
