About the Role

Verkada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead two strategic initiatives vital to our growth: Enterprise Billing Systems and Partner Experience.

In Enterprise Billing, you will revolutionize how our largest customers purchase and license Verkada products by implementing flexible billing models that accelerate adoption. This work requires deep technical expertise as you navigate our billing system architecture, licensing frameworks, and financial infrastructure. You'll collaborate directly with enterprise clients to develop purchasing options and payment models that remove friction from the purchase lifecycle.

For our Partner Experience, you'll own the end-to-end journey—from pre-sales tools that enable partners to design and quote our solutions on site plans, to post-sale systems that streamline installation and customer onboarding. Your innovations will enhance deployment success and renewal processes, directly influencing revenue acquisition and retention across our partner ecosystem.

This unique position stands at the intersection of technical innovation, commercial strategy, and user experience design. You'll lead the development of both interactive web applications and complex backend systems that drive Verkada's continued market expansion. This role reports to our Director of Product Management and is based on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo, CA.

What You'll Do
  • Define, track, and optimize metrics that identify growth opportunities and validate solution effectiveness
  • Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers and partners to refine the commercial strategy
  • Research and implement innovative purchasing and billing options tailored to enterprise requirements, making buying decisions frictionless
  • Develop intuitive partner-facing tools for site design, visual planning, and comprehensive solution quoting
  • Create streamlined workflows for transaction management, deployment tracking, and ongoing customer service
  • Drive the evolution of renewal processes to maximize customer retention and lifetime value
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to align product development with business objectives
What You Bring
  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with experience building either:
    • Commercial systems (subscription management, pricing models, revenue recognition)
    • Interactive design applications (e.g., Figma, Miro, LucidChart)
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end user journeys for either:
    • Enterprise customers (purchase, deployment, expansion, renewal)
    • Partners/resellers (quoting, transaction management, service delivery)
  • Demonstrated strategic mindset, evidenced by:
    • Data-driven decision-making and metric development
    • Successful cross-functional leadership with measurable business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees are a plus

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
