The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing our product management function. This dual-mandate role combines hands-on digital product leadership with strategic product ops responsibilities. The incumbent will report to the Head of Product and serve as a key architect in building our product culture from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive digital product strategy for Consumer Bank, transforming how customers interact with our financial services.
- Champion roadmap development and execution for web and mobile applications that delight users and drive business growth.
- Orchestrate deep user research, competitive intelligence, and market validation initiatives to fuel innovative product decisions.
- Foster dynamic collaboration with engineering, vendors, and key business stakeholders to deliver transformative outcomes.
- Architect and monitor essential product metrics, cultivating a culture of data-informed decision-making that drives continuous improvement.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritization frameworks, and strategic release planning across digital touchpoints.
- Architect and refine streamlined product management processes, workflows, and industry-leading best practices.
- Deploy and optimize product management tools and systems that enable our teams, and drive efficiency and productivity.
- Create and own frameworks for product discovery, product validation, and delivery cycles.
- Craft comprehensive documentation, intuitive templates, and actionable playbooks that scale product excellence.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and foster transparent communication.
- Design and execute robust product success measurement frameworks that empower truly data-driven decision making across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA or technical background preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in digital products (web/mobile).
- Must have proven track record of building or scaling product management functions at growing companies.
- Must have experience with product operations, including tool selection, process optimization, and team enablement.
- Must have a strong background in coaching and mentoring product managers.
- Must have expertise in product discovery methods, user research, and data analysis.
- Must be proficient with product management tools.
- Must have experience working in agile development environments.
- Must have strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.
- Background in both B2B and B2C product environments is preferred.
- Previous experience establishing product culture in organizations new to formal product management is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern product development frameworks (Jobs-to-be-Done, Design Thinking, Lean Startup) is preferred.
Salary Range:
$108,722.00 - $178,616.75Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
