What we offer

Within the Digital & Data Department, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to embody the Group Product Strategy and drive the evolution of our B2C, B2B, and B2B2C digital journeys.

In an international, multi-region environment undergoing significant transformation, you will be responsible for turning complex business challenges into simple, consistent, and measurable digital experiences for our visitors, retailers, and local teams.

You will play a key role in identifying product opportunities, aligning stakeholders, prioritizing value and measuring the business impact of our initiatives.

This role is designed for a senior profile able to combine strategic vision, business acumen, user orientation and data culture to turn product ambition into concrete results at an international scale.

The Senior Product Manager exists to ensure that URW’s digital products create measurable business value while remaining scalable across multiple regions.

The role is responsible for transforming complex business opportunities into user-centric, data-driven products, aligning five autonomous regions around a shared product strategy and ensuring that local needs influence global priorities.

🚩 What will your day-to-day look like?

1. Product craft

  • Act as the key entry point for stakeholders on B2C and/or B2B consumer journeys.
  • Convert local and corporate needs into structured product inputs: opportunity statements, target users, success metrics, constraints and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate standards: UX patterns, taxonomy, analytics/tracking, privacy/compliance and technical feasibility.
  • Manage the request lifecycle end to end: discovery, sizing, prioritization, delivery readiness, go-to-market material and post-launch measurement.
  • Regularly communicate the roadmap and product progress to cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Leads and our Shopping Centre teams in France, Europe and the US.
  • Contribute to the product’s functional architecture.
  • Support the creation of a core model while aligning stakeholders across five international regions.

2. Business & commercial acumen

  • Build lightweight business cases and business plans, including opportunity sizing, assumptions, scenario thinking, ROI logic and executive narratives.
  • Understand how digital levers connect to commercial value, such as conversion intent, partner value and operational efficiency.

3. Global / multinational organisation experience

  • Operate effectively in large, structured, multinational digital organisations, balancing governance, standardisation versus localisation, cross-country alignment and matrix stakeholder management.

4. Technical literacy, strong dimension with no coding required

  • Understand modern digital architectures and patterns: CMS/content models, APIs/integrations, analytics/tracking pipelines, experimentation basics, performance and non-functional requirements including security, legal, scalability and privacy.
  • Collaborate effectively with tech architect : ask the right questions, anticipate integration impacts, identify edge cases and translate needs into implementable requirements.
  • Be comfortable producing and reading journey flows, system context maps, dependency maps and tracking plans.

5. Product delivery and maintenance

  • Facilitate the prioritisation of product features and requirements by balancing business needs and technical readiness with other product leads.
  • Form a complementary partnership with the dedicated Product Owner to deliver the product roadmap. You own the “why” and the “what” of the product, working closely with the Product Owner, who drives the backlog, operational coordination and delivery with tech & design teams.
  • Build and monitor the go-to-market plan to ensure adoption of our initiatives and business traction from launch.

6. Data, measurement & optimisation

  • Define measurement plans, including KPIs, funnels and event taxonomy, ensure tracking readiness before launch, interpret performance and convert insights into prioritised improvements.

🚩 What are our main challenges?

  • Drive a data-led strategy.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Contribute to a large-scale project.
  • Take part in the transformation of the business model of a CAC 40 company.
  • Align stakeholders across five autonomous regions.

🚩 Why join us?

  • Contribute to transforming the digital experience of millions of visitors and retail partners across Europe and the US.
  • Be at the centre of the excellence of a CAC 40 group with a human scale.
  • Work alongside passionate and inspiring people.
  • Join an international company.
  • Enjoy a friendly working atmosphere.

🚩 How to succeed in this role ?

We are looking for a senior profile able to embody a clear product strategy, structure an impact-oriented roadmap, align international stakeholders and transform complex business challenges into simple, useful and measurable digital experiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and turn “requests” into validated problems.
  • Pragmatic, ownership-driven and resilient, with comfort in ambiguity and trade-offs.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, governance cadences and decision preparation.
  • Ability to influence without authority in a matrix organisation, with strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to drive a strategy while remaining hands-on.
  • Strong user-experience mindset.

  • Ability to build a product strategy and translate it into a prioritised roadmap.
  • Ability to arbitrate between business value, user experience and technical feasibility.
  • Experience in go-to-market and product adoption.
  • Strong command of analytics, experimentation, discovery, KPI frameworks and solid experience with CMS solutions.
  • Ability to operate in a complex, decentralised, international & corporate environment.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, mobility, real estate or omnichannel environments.
  • Practice in experimentation, A/B testing, CRO or product analytics.
  • Experience working with design, data and engineering teams.

🚩 What success looks like after 6 to 12 months

  • Regional teams demonstrate a strong understanding of the Group Product Strategy and can effectively translate it into local initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong alignment exists between local business objectives, Group priorities and product investment decisions, enabling faster and more predictable execution.
  • Quantifiable improvement is visible on agreed product KPIs.
