Summary Generated by Built In

monday.com is pioneering a truly AI-native, agentic platform where intelligence is a core architectural component, not just an add-on. As an AI-first engineering organization, we've built a unified ecosystem where autonomous agents and workflows actively execute work on our users' behalf. From investing in an open MCP interface to orchestrating fleets of agents across the development lifecycle, we combine deep platform expertise with rapid iteration to solve high-magnitude challenges at scale. We aren't just adopting AI; we are redefining what product and engineering can be in an agentic world.

monday CRM is one of the fastest-growing products in the monday.com portfolio, with tens of thousands of customers and strong momentum across segments. But the most interesting part isn't the scale: it's the transformation underway. We are actively evolving CRM into an AI-native product suite — one where intelligence is embedded across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion. This is not a future roadmap; it's what we're building today.

The CRM Sales group is at the forefront of this shift, enabling users to run their core CRM workflows through proactive Agentic experiences that help revenue teams close more deals — on Desktop and Mobile. This is a rare opportunity to join a group that is redefining how revenue teams operate in an Agentic-first era.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager for the CRM Sales group, you will own product strategy and execution for a core pillar of our revenue platform. You will work at the intersection of AI-powered agentic experiences, deep CRM workflows, and enterprise-grade reliability — shaping how tens of thousands of revenue professionals work every day.

What You'll Do

Lead Vision and Strategy

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for CRM Sales workflows, from pipeline management and deal execution to agentic automation.

  • Align product strategy with company-wide goals for AI-driven revenue transformation, working closely with executive leadership and group stakeholders.

  • Translate market trends, competitive signals, and customer insights into a differentiated product strategy for the CRM Sales group.

Build Proactive Agentic Experiences

  • Own the ideation, prototyping, and delivery of AI-powered experiences that proactively surface insights, automate tasks, and guide revenue teams to close more deals.

  • Collaborate with AI/ML and data teams to define the intelligence layer powering CRM recommendations, alerts, and automation.

  • Identify the highest-leverage moments in the sales cycle where agentic assistance creates step-change value for users.

Deliver and Scale Impact

  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, data science, analytics, and GTM to ship high-quality features efficiently.

  • Define success metrics, instrument data collection, and use quantitative and qualitative signals to inform prioritisation and iteration.

  • Ensure experiences work seamlessly across Desktop and Mobile, meeting the needs of reps in the field and in the office.

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Partner closely with adjacent product groups — AI Agents, Automations, Analytics, and Enterprise — to ensure seamless integration and a coherent user experience.

  • Work with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption, gather feedback loops, and inform go-to-market strategy.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, championing pain points and opportunities that matter most to revenue teams.

What We're Looking For

Core Experience

  • 5+ years in product management, with a strong track record of owning and shipping impactful B2B SaaS products — must

  • Experience working with AI, ML, or automation-driven features; ability to reason about tradeoffs in agentic product design

  • Natural ownership mindset — comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and driving through complexity

  • Experience working in a fast-growing global SaaS company across distributed teams

Skills That Make You Successful

  • Excellent communicator — able to distil complex product decisions into clear narratives for engineers, designers, and executives alike

  • Data-driven: you use metrics and qualitative research to frame problems and validate solutions

  • Customer obsession — you regularly talk to users, stay close to support signals, and let real pain points drive your roadmap

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who earns trust through clarity, follow-through, and shared outcomes

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience building mobile-first or cross-platform (Desktop + Mobile) product experiences

  • Background in enterprise SaaS, multi-stakeholder selling environments, or sales enablement tooling

  • Familiarity with conversational AI, intelligent assistants, or workflow automation products

Why This Role Matters

Revenue teams are at a pivotal inflection point. The shift to Agentic-first tooling is rewriting what CRM software can and should do — from passive data repository to active co-pilot. In this role, you will:

  • Help revenue professionals close more deals by making intelligent assistance a core part of their daily workflow

  • Shape the long-term vision of CRM at monday.com at a moment of genuine platform transformation

  • Impact hundreds of thousands of salespeople, account managers, and revenue ops professionals around the world

  • Work within a culture that values ownership, speed, customer empathy, and bold product thinking
