About the team and role:
The Core team is responsible for the Bubble editor that enables users to design their app’s UI on a WYSIWYG canvas, visually build workflows, and manage data. It’s the heart and core of the Bubble experience. The Core team is comprised of multiple pods focused in the following areas:
Improving the editor user experience to make it more intuitive
Integrating AI natively into the editor and offering contextual guidance
Adding functionality to enable users to build robust AI and mobile apps
As a Senior PM on the Core team, you will be responsible for leading PM one of our Core pods and driving the strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for one of the focus areas above. We will match the candidate with the focus area that is the best fit.
In this role, you'll:
Drive the product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for a Core focus area
Drive product initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing long-term thinking with near-term execution
Partner closely with design and engineering in product discovery and delivery, and with marketing and success in go-to-market
Leverage user research to identify product opportunities and to validate direction early
Clearly scope MVPs and make informed prioritization decisions while maintaining high standards
Develop and document clear product specifications to enable efficient cross-team collaboration
Mentor junior members of the team and help shape product team processes and best practices
Get hands-on building with Bubble to become an expert on our platform
About you:
5-8+ years of product management experience working on challenging UX problems at scale, ideally with experience in PLG SaaS
Track record of shipping customer-facing features that drive measurable impact
Experience shaping high-impact roadmaps and leading major launches from discovery through launch and iteration
Excited about AI and no-code development, and about becoming an expert-level Bubble developer; prior experience in these areas is a nice-to-have
Experience working with design to find intuitive and easy to use solutions to complex UX problems
Proficient using AI to accelerate product work, from capturing insights to generating documentation to creating prototypes
Strong product judgment: you can spot high-impact opportunities and turn them into concrete, actionable plans
Comfortable partnering with engineering: You engage on technical tradeoffs and help shape implementation decisions
Experience using research and data to inform product decisions, not just validate them
Strong documentation and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
Desire to move quickly in building, launching, and iterating
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $170k - $220k. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
Location:
For this role, Bubble is currently considering only candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. and based in the New York City metro area. This position requires in-person attendance 2–3 days per week.
We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
