Lead product strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and execution for an AI product pod. Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to develop user-facing AI capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration. Conduct user research, define MVPs, evaluate product quality, prioritize initiatives, mentor junior product managers, and improve internal AI-enabled product development practices.

Provides advanced, app-specific technical support to Bubble users through email and office hours. Diagnoses whether issues stem from user configurations or platform bugs, guides users toward self-resolution, and escalates reproducible platform defects to Engineering. The role also improves documentation, tools, and support processes while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Success teams. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong communication, analytical problem-solving, technical learning ability, and comfort working in ambiguity.

Manage strategic customer accounts across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Own renewal health, executive relationships, churn prevention, and gross revenue retention. Lead success planning, signal-driven check-ins, QBRs, renewal plays, and expansion identification while partnering with Technical Success, Account Management, and Product. Surface customer feedback, manage escalations, and help develop the customer success playbook.

Build and ship production AI-powered development features, including agentic workflows, LLM pipelines, retrieval systems, evaluations, fine-tuning, and latency optimization. Own AI feature quality from prototyping through deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Research teams to scale AI capabilities for Bubble’s visual app-building platform.

Build and scale Bubble’s backend infrastructure, distributed systems, workflow engine, data tier, and core backbone services. Improve performance, reliability, observability, capacity management, and scalability across billions of requests. Define SLOs, support high-volume workloads, participate in triage and on-call rotations, diagnose incidents, and implement durable fixes while collaborating with a small engineering team.

Leads Bubble’s Developer Experience engineering team, owning strategy, roadmap, hiring, career development, technical standards, and initiatives that improve engineering velocity and quality. The role evaluates AI tooling, optimizes build and development workflows, partners across engineering, reviews architecture and code, and contributes hands-on when possible. Responsibilities span developer tooling, infrastructure, testing, CI/CD, build systems, and scalable engineering practices.

Lead technical initiatives that improve Bubble engineers’ development experience, including frontend framework migrations, library upgrades, testing and bundling optimization, local development performance, frontend regression resolution, and developer tooling standards. Collaborate across teams, modernize complex codebases, incorporate AI tools, mentor engineers, and deliver measurable improvements in developer velocity, quality, and satisfaction.

Build and scale Bubble’s backend infrastructure and platform services, improving performance, reliability, observability, capacity management, and data scalability. Contribute to workflow engines, data-tier systems, cloud infrastructure tools, and high-volume services. Participate in triage and on-call processes, diagnose incidents, and implement preventative improvements while collaborating effectively with engineering teammates.
