NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape and deliver NVIDIA’s AIOps software product for AI Factories. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to define product capabilities, navigate technical tradeoffs, and drive successful customer adoption. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Contribute across the full lifecycle of the NVIDIA AIOps platform —from shaping business strategy and influencing software development tradeoffs to supporting direct and partner-led go-to-market execution

  • Work closely with customers including demos and driving field trials to ensure successful adoption. Translate customer needs into shipped capabilities.

  • Define specific features with user experience details and technical requirements

  • Define use cases to craft and convey the product value proposition to a variety of audiences.

  • Help define future products and build prototypes to convey value proposition and competitive differentiators

  • Build UI mocks to effectively communicate user experience, customer value and design requirements.

What We Need to See:

  • BS/MS in engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Direct experience working with an observability or operations-focused product.

  • 8+ years of software experience in the data center industry, with deep expertise in networking

  • Strong experience in driving customer adoption of an early stage software product

  • Proven expertise with AI and agentic techniques.

  • Proven ability to be very hands-on with product development including building UI workflows and navigating technical specifics.

  • Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in Product Management in a large global organization.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Prior operational experience in operating infrastructure, networks, and data centers.

  • Prior sales engineering or customer success experience 

  • Strong background in AI Factory architectures  

  • Passion for Machine-Learning and AI demonstrated over time

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
