About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer to help shape our product experience. You’ll design core product flows, elevate the visual quality and consistency across the platform, and lead the evolution of our design system into a modern, cohesive foundation.
The ideal candidate thinks strategically about UX, not just executing screens while balancing speed with uncompromising attention to detail. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, executives, marketing, and users to bring clarity and polish to every part of the experience. You’ll also help drive the adoption of AI tools to improve design velocity and output.

Your responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality UI and UX across core product areas — hands-on, from concept to execution.
- Own and evolve the design system — contributing new components, enforcing standards, and keeping it in sync with the product.
- Drive UI excellence — create clean, modern, pixel-perfect designs that raise the bar across the product.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure quality execution and a first-class experience.
- Collaborate with product and customer success to drive adoption and ongoing maintenance of the design system.
- Establish best practices and guidelines for consistency and quality across the platform.
- Champion AI-first tools and workflows within the design team to accelerate output and raise quality.
- 5+ years of experience in tech; startup experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent UI skills — creative, high-quality visual design with pixel-perfect execution.
- Strong UX foundations; able to think through flows, edge cases, and user problems.
- Very high attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished work quickly.
- Comfortable working with shifting requirements and fast iteration cycles.
- Strong communicator who can confidently pitch and defend design decisions.
- Experience working with and maintaining a design system.
