We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our design team for a maternity leave cover position (September–March), with a possibility of extension based on company needs.
This is an opportunity to join a global product company operating in the Maritime Tech industry and work on complex platforms used by fleet managers, safety teams, and customers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from problem definition and discovery through concept development, UX/UI design, and developer handoff.
- Work closely with Product Managers and R&D Teams
- Translate complex operational challenges into intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Participate in discovery processes, user research, and customer conversations.
- Design new features and improve existing products within complex SaaS platforms.
- Conduct design reviews and support implementation throughout the development lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience designing complex SaaS products.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end product design processes.
- Strong ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Systems-thinking mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B products.
- Experience working on data-rich or operational systems.
- User research experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools as part of the design workflow.
- Maritime background or familiarity with maritime operations, fleet management, navigation, or shipping-related workflows.
