We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team of 4 (3 designers + design lead). You'll own the end-to-end design process for key product areas, working autonomously while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Clinical experts teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape how technology can revolutionize mental health care delivery.
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end design ownership for specific product areas within our platform
- Drive user research and testing to uncover insights that inform design decisions
- Design and prototype new features from conception through production
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and more to solve complex problems
- Advocate for users by translating behavioral health provider needs into intuitive workflows
- Contribute to our design system and maintain consistency across our product suite
- 4+ years of product/UX design experience with proven ability to own the design process end-to-end
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user research integration, and final outcomes
- Prototyping and testing expertise at various fidelity levels
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present design decisions to stakeholders
- User research and testing experience with ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Proficiency in English for our global, collaborative environment
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in behavioral health or mental health
- Design system experience in creating or maintaining DS in Figma
- Illustration/motion design skills for enhanced user experiences

Skills Required
