About the role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will design user experiences for our category-defining data observability platform. Data observability is quickly becoming one of the hottest trends in the already hot data space, as it empowers data platform teams to ensure high-quality data is used to make decisions, drive engagement, and grow the business. In this role, you will collaborate with a small team of experienced designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure our platform helps customers drastically improve the quality and reliability of their data. You will be a strong customer advocate who loves digging into technical requirements to build world-class design solutions from the ground up.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Creating delightful UX for data engineers, data analysts, and anyone who interacts with data regularly

Owning the end-to-end design process for projects, including research, prototyping, design, iteration, user testing, and collaborative engineering handoffs

Designing simple solutions and then iterating on them as our product matures

Collaborating closely with engineering and product to solve customer problems

Understanding technical constraints, user needs, and business requirements that shape the product.
We’re excited about you because you have:

Seven years of experience in UX/UI design is required

Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions and data solutions preferred
-
Track record designing impactful dashboards, data visualizations, and business collaboration workflows required

Passion for gathering feedback from users to derive UX insights preferred

Ownership mindset, iterative thinking, and relentless customer focus preferred
