What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong experience designing core platform experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Proven experience designing complex user journeys, including:
- Experience designing mobile-first products and responsive interfaces.
- Strong understanding of Design Systems, reusable components, design tokens, and scalable UI patterns.
- Ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and validate solutions through usability testing.
- Experience using product analytics, user research, and customer insights to inform and validate design decisions.
- Strong UX and product thinking with the ability to translate research findings into intuitive, business-driven user experiences.
- Experience collaborating effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to influence product direction, facilitate design discussions, and confidently present design rationale to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern AI-powered design tools.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI for complex digital products
- Experience designing responsive Web and Mobile applications
- Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping)
- Experience working with Design Systems
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
