The Customer Implementation Services Testing Team tests MasterCard products and services with financial institutions enabling production electronic payments Globally and ensures financial institutions are systemically synchronized with MasterCard financial messaging. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional processing implementation project teams while delivering various implementation activities to our customers.
Role
• In a customer-facing environment, lead a cross-functional processing implementation project team of technical and non-technical electronic payment processing experts from both MasterCard and our customer.• Deliver standard through complex implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.• Act as central point of contact for customers and/ or MasterCard customer representatives throughout processing implementation project end-to-end execution. • Assess and document customer needs and according implementation impacts on customers' and MasterCard's core and non-core processing systems and platforms.• Define scope, plan and drive customer processing implementation projects of new electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology.• Handle multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel.
All About You
• Experience in "Information Technology" system knowledge, with understanding of network technology, applications, and project management. We believe the ideal candidate has 4-8 years of relevant experience.• Knowledge of payment transaction processing formats and associated customer host interface testing services and industry business principles is required. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent work experience. • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in Russian and English.• Ability to interact well with the customers and management.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment.• Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects in a matrix organization and cross functional teams.• Self-starter with a willingness to learn independently.• Ability to manage change in a technical work environment.• Ability to understand theory /principles with business impact and apply this understanding to the work environment.• Ability to provide training and overview of the functions within the implementation team and to customers.

Skills Required
- 4-8 years relevant IT or payments implementation experience
