About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who will take ownership of designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across our platform. You will be responsible for crafting the UI/UX for event visitors, room owners, and event hosts, ensuring seamless user journeys and flows. Collaborating closely with 3D artists, you'll ensure that our 2D designs harmoniously integrate with the immersive 3D environment.


About The Role:

  • Design and enhance the user interface and experience for multiple user types on our platform.
  • Create comprehensive user journeys and flows that cater to the needs of event attendees and hosts.
  • Collaborate with 3D artists to ensure cohesive design integration between 2D and 3D elements.
  • Implement gamification and delight features to enhance user engagement and enjoyment.
  • Conduct thorough research on competitors and user needs, addressing edge cases effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a versatile background across various areas of design.
  • Proven track record of designing user-centered experiences that are both functional and visually appealing.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Ability to think critically about user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly motivated and creative, with a passion for crafting delightful user experiences.
