About The Role:
- Lead 0-to-1 processes and projects, guiding other designers toward success.
- Brainstorm and design new features, taking concepts through to production.
- Offer innovative ideas and translate them into actionable steps.
- Make data-driven decisions by experiencing through A/B testing and live results.
- Design user-centric solutions by relying on research, feedback, and user interviews that you will initiate and lead, with support from UXR (User Experience Research).
- Communicate your solutions effectively to all stakeholders, using your craft and visual skills to inspire.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to create a seamless user experience with a high-end look and feel.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms.
- Experience collaborating closely with R&D teams.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to prioritizing the team's needs and fostering collaboration.
- Experience in conducting user interviews, research, and collecting feedback from customers, while analyzing this feedback to develop solutions.
- Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
