We’re seeking a passionate Senior Product Designer to work on the evolution of the Board. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the most used and visited areas of the product, collaborating with various stakeholders to create innovative solutions that will make our users fall in love all over again with monday.com. Your work will directly impact our users' daily experiences and serve as the foundation for product teams across monday.com to innovate and develop new capabilities.

About The Role:

  • Develop a framework that integrates product requirements with a consistent UI system while considering user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Drive the creation of new capabilities and ongoing enhancements for the Board, ensuring it evolves to meet user needs and business goals.
  • Set and maintain high design standards by defining clear guidelines for UI components, interactions, and accessibility to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams on an ongoing basis - you'll be working with the entire Product design team and beyond 3
  • Partner with R&D to ensure a seamless experience and alignment between development and design frameworks.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience designing complex systems and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong UI capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating closely with R&D.
  • Positive attitude and excellent social skills.
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
