About the role
Join our multidisciplinary Product Design team and help shape the future of digital healthcare and e-commerce. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll design intuitive, accessible and impactful experiences used by millions of customers while working at the intersection of healthcare, commerce, Retail Media and AI-powered product development.
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, Data Analysts and Commercial teams, you'll influence products from early discovery through delivery and continuous optimisation. Job DescriptionAbout the Tech Stack
You'll work with a modern design and product development ecosystem including Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, Prototyping, Figma AI & Figma Make), AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and GitHub Copilot, product analytics platforms, experimentation and A/B testing tools, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), Design Systems and collaborative product development workflows.
About your tasks
- Shape end-to-end product experiences across our digital healthcare platform—from early discovery and ideation to delivery, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
- Design customer journeys for e-commerce, digital healthcare services, Retail Media and MarTech products, creating experiences that balance customer value with commercial success.
- Prototype, validate and iterate by working closely with UX Researchers, Product Managers and Engineers while leveraging AI-powered design workflows to accelerate exploration and innovation.
- Drive scalable design excellence by contributing to our Design System, championing accessibility and Human-Centered Design, and translating our Corporate Identity into consistent digital experiences.
- Influence product strategy through workshops, customer insights, experimentation, KPI-driven decision making and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
About you
- You bring several years of experience designing digital B2C products within cross-functional product teams, ideally in e-commerce, Retail Media, MarTech or digital healthcare.
- You're an expert in Figma and enjoy working with modern AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and product development without compromising design quality.
- You combine customer-centric thinking, commercial awareness and accessibility to create experiences that deliver measurable business impact.
- You enjoy collaborating across disciplines, are naturally curious, take ownership and don't like solving complex design challenges—or drinking your coffee—alone.

Skills Required
- Several years of experience designing digital B2C products within cross-functional product teams
- Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Prototyping, Figma AI, Figma Make)
- Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot)
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation and A/B testing tools
- Knowledge of and commitment to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and Human-Centered Design
- Experience contributing to and maintaining Design Systems
- Experience in e-commerce, Retail Media, MarTech or digital healthcare
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, UX Writers and Data Analysts
