Lead cross-functional projects to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and drive digitalization, automation, and data-driven process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical solutions and support continuous organizational development and scalability.

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle: invoice processing, payment tracking, dunning and debt collection, account clearing, cross-team coordination, and reporting to minimize DSO.

Provide corporate legal and governance advice for a listed international e-pharmacy, support entity management, prepare board and shareholder materials, monitor regulatory developments, identify legal risks, and improve governance and compliance frameworks.

Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis. Prepare management reports and KPIs, assist ad-hoc financial and scenario analyses, and help automate/optimize FP&A processes using modern tools and AI.

Support FP&A and Cost Controlling with budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis, ad-hoc business cases, and process automation. Contribute to KPI dashboards, data validation, and implementation of FP&A tools while exploring AI-driven improvements.

Lead and optimise large-scale warehouse logistics in Sevenum, managing up to 300 indirect employees. Drive KPI-based performance, ensure safety, ISO 9001 and GDP compliance, implement Lean improvements, lead logistics projects, and report operational performance and risks to the Director Logistics.

Lead a team to run and scale daily treasury and high-volume e‑payment operations, manage cash and short-term forecasting, strengthen compliance and risk controls, and drive process and system improvements with Finance and Tech partners.

Design, implement, and monitor finance internal controls; evaluate and standardize financial processes; drive process improvements and system optimizations with ERP team; report control effectiveness and follow up on audit findings; collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.

Design, develop and maintain scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions supporting core finance modules. Build integrations, data entities, reports and automated processes. Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures on cloud platforms (primarily Azure).
