Develop and implement pricing recommendations, assess commercial impact, and improve future decisions. Collaborate with pricing, country, category, data, and data science teams while contributing to improved pricing processes, analytical tools, data quality, and AI-supported solutions.

Manage VAT and indirect tax matters for a multinational e-commerce pharmacy, including Dutch, German, and European regulations, audits, compliance, cross-border transactions, and tax risk. Partner with Finance, IT, data, AI, and commercial teams to improve tax processes, controls, automation, and transactional data quality. Advise on new business models and marketplace activities, engage tax authorities and advisers, and support the development of the indirect tax team.

Develop and implement strategic procurement strategies for OTC, health, personal care, and pharmacy-related products in Belgium. Lead supplier negotiations, optimize discounts, bonuses, payment terms, margins, and delivery performance, and identify portfolio growth opportunities. Manage B2B accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payment allocation, account clearing, and overdue balances. Maintains accurate general ledger records through journal entries, account analysis, reconciliations, and monthly and annual closing activities.
