Senior Product Designer (Client Foundations)

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our Client Foundations team. This role will focus on leading the developer experience at monday.com and will work closely with all of monday.com’s engineering and foundations teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a product that is vital to the core of monday.com’s operations, helping shape and refine the tools that enable cross-functional teams to succeed.

You will take ownership of the design for monday sphera, the flagship product of the Foundations team, which plays a critical role in collaboration, deployments, and transparency across the engineering organization. monday sphera is a high-impact tool that empowers our engineering teams to work more efficiently, provides visibility into system statuses, and ensures seamless collaboration. As a Senior Product Designer, your work will directly influence how engineering teams at monday.com collaborate, innovate, and perform at their best.

• Lead design processes and projects, ensuring the creation of intuitive and effective user experiences for developers and engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and Foundations teams to ensure seamless design integration within monday sphera and other key developer tools
• Take ownership of designing features that optimize workflows for engineering teams, ensuring the product is intuitive, efficient, and scalable
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design supports both technical and user needs, fostering a seamless experience for all users
• Lead the design efforts for monday sphera, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals of the Foundations group while improving developer collaboration and transparency

• 4+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms, ideally in developer-focused products
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to design tools that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and system transparency
• Experience working within design systems and ensuring consistency across products
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• High proficiency in Figma and solid experience with its component libraries and design systems
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, always willing to put the team’s needs first
• High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
