  • Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms with field and regional leaders to continuously refine enablement programs based on adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Design structure Facilitate operational planning: bring together regional and central enablement plans into a unified roadmap, with clear priorities and success metrics
  • Establish mechanisms for reporting visibility and cadences
Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with developing standardized templates, engagement models, information & content management
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows or automations that improve process efficiency.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of data architecture. Experience connecting multiple systems into a centralized analytics model, as well as building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Tableau, monday.com dashboards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with technical (BI, IT, RevOps, etc.) and non-technical (client-facing and GTM support) teams.
  • Exceptional cross-functional project management skills, with a track record of independently leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Familiarity with monday.com -an advantage
