Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE,  Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

  • User Experience & Emotional Design: Craft intuitive, romantic UX for chat, gifting, roleplay, and intimacy scenarios;
  • Interface Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for onboarding, monetization, stores, chat, and character customization. Maintain a sensual, futuristic visual style aligned with product’s identity;
  • Gamification & Engagement: Design engaging systems: relationship levels, badges, moodlets, and loyalty mechanics;
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and AI teams using Figma and clear design specs. Participate in sprints, reviews, and implementation to ensure high-quality execution;
  • Data-Informed Design: Leverage analytics and A/B testing to guide decisions and improve UX performance;
  • Microinteractions & Delight (Nice to have): Add emotionally intelligent animations, feedback, and expressive UI states.

We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.);
  • Understanding of user behavior and conversion-driven design principles;
  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, etc.);
  • Ability to work with a pre-existing design component library and design system;
  • Experience in preparing and handing off design files properly for DEV Team, maintaining component library sizes and properties;
  • Proficiency in working with auto-layout and components;
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes for hypothesis testing using tools like Figma;
  • Experience in forming hypotheses through A/B testing;
  • Ability to quickly create simple micro-animations;
  • Experience with analytics.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
