Collaborate with UA teams, designers, editors, AI teams, freelancers, and agencies to deliver and iterate UGC and AI-generated assets efficiently. Use market analysis and internal reports to connect creative decisions with performance metrics such as conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.

Monitor product and infrastructure health, investigate alerts using Grafana and Zabbix, perform first-level Linux and Windows troubleshooting, follow runbooks, resolve or escalate incidents, and support senior administrators during major incidents. The role includes rotating day and night shifts, independent duty coverage after onboarding, and collaboration with a distributed team.

Lead production optimization and scaling of LLM inference across distributed multi-GPU and multi-node systems. Guide NLP and computer vision teams, train and fine-tune language models, improve agent and chat systems, evaluate new hardware, track inference research, and establish the ML roadmap.
