We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Product Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you’ll work closely with product managers, data engineers, and designers to drive insights, make data-driven decisions, and ultimately enhance our product for millions of users. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise to identify opportunities, optimize our product strategy, and guide decisions with robust data analysis.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales:

  • Collaborate with product managers to understand business needs, provide hands-on analytical support, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of product features, user behavior, and performance trends to uncover actionable insights.
  • Develop, own, and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key product metrics and KPIs.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests, ensuring statistical validity and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and product positioning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and align data insights with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize product performance.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for product enhancements and new feature development.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field 
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker).
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience working with senior executives and providing direct support to C-suite members is highly desirable.
