Be part of the connection:
You will be the bridge between our Product and Analytics teams. You will be responsible for identifying solutions to complex business questions by analyzing data and working closely with stakeholders. You collaborate with multiple teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How you can make a difference:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of data to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Integrate and identify connections between various data sources for comprehensive analysis.
  • Work closely with data developers to implement and oversee data solutions.
  • Drive improvements through strategic business process design while leading cross-functional projects related to product lifecycle management or development.
  • Define business problems and conduct due diligence to propose data-driven solutions.
  • Create and maintain trending dashboards for internal teams.
  • Track and report on department initiatives and project roadmaps.
  • Generate and manage requirement documentation and changes.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: One or more years of telecommunications experience; Five or more years of business analysis or project management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, math, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Expert in defining KPIs and metrics; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Analytical, organizational, prioritization, presentation and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Quick learner that can become an SME on multiple databases and reporting tools; Passion for innovative technical products.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in product management or product development.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong command of SQL and Tableau.
  • Proven experience in identifying and solving business challenges.

The base pay for this position generally is between
$78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
