The Senior Producer will oversee the coordinated production global rollout of Virtual Reality Centers across multiple continents.
Based in Madrid, this role focuses on centralized coordination of local producers, ensuring standardized execution and process optimisation.
As the primary point of contact for local producers, the Senior Producer will facilitate venue selection, technical implementation, and production workflows, ensuring smooth execution across multiple locations simultaneously.
Scope of Work:1. Centralised Expertise & Project Coordination- Act as the central reference point for local producers, providing centralised solutions to local issues where possible
- Develop processes, guidelines, and tools to streamline execution across locations.
- Identify and address common roadblocks, designing solutions with local teams.
- Oversee the standardisation of venue feasibility assessments, ensuring locations meet both practical and convenience requirements.
- Become the central point of assessment for venue adaptations, including physical layout, required adaptations (materials, HVAC and infrastructure modifications) required for installation of VR experiences implementation.
- Work closely with local producers to streamline venue validation and approval, reducing complexity in decision-making and expediting the adaptation process.
- Support local teams in building and navigating the venue permitting roadmap (zoning approvals, safety compliance, building permits, etc), ensuring permitting requirements align with local zoning regulations and construction adaptations.
- Standardize VR technology deployment across all sites.
- Share learnings between operative sites and new developments to anticipate and mitigate technical disruptions.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and technology requirements across regions.
- Investigate optimisation opportunities between the various technical platforms to accelerate global expansion
- Ensure local producers have the necessary tools, resources, and guidance.
- Observe local budget trends; suggest saving opportunities and align with rollout objectives.
- Standardize communication and reporting for streamlined project tracking.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and troubleshooting between local teams.
- Successful and timely VR center rollouts.
- Operational efficiency through process standardization.
- Consistent execution across all locations.
- Cost control and optimized resource allocation.
- High satisfaction levels from local teams and stakeholders.
- 7+ years in production management, venue rollouts, or immersive entertainment.
- Experience in multi-region coordination and technical implementation.
- Understanding of venue validation, adaptation, permitting, and infrastructure planning process
- Ability to interpret CAD plans and technical specifications.
- Expertise in project management tools and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multi-site rollouts and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of VR/AR technologies, entertainment infrastructure, and production workflows.
- Strong financial oversight and budgeting experience.
- English & Spanish required. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
