Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in program management, process management, supplier operations, outsourced delivery, business operations, governance, or related experience

Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end in a highly matrixed environment, driving trade-off decisions, stakeholder accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear execution plans and operational outcomes.
Experience with supplier operations, outsourced delivery, governance, risk management, compliance, budgeting, or performance management, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive accountability, and make data-driven decisions.

Experience working across Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and business stakeholders in a global or highly matrixed environment, with the ability to create executive-ready business reviews, dashboards, scorecards, and decision narratives.
Experience with process optimization, automation, AI-enabled operations, operating model design, and/or Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Business Process Management Professional (BPMP), or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) certifications.
