Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities of his assigned program in coordination with the client representative and/or other functional units of the organization as it relates to manpower resources, systems & procedures & quality improvement efforts.
- Creates strategic plans and executes with the help of the Operations Managers and the Operation Head.
- Maintain an efficient performance management system by setting performance objectives with Operations Managers; monitoring performance; conduct performance reviews; and take action to correct performance problems or sustain good performance.
- Provide directions to the Operations Manager to ensure operational efficiency, responsiveness to customer requirements and achievement of program/division/organizational goals.
- Review the performance of Operations Managers and the rest of the team members andresponsible for conducting coaching development opportunities for them.•Recommend policies, procedures and systems relevant to the goals of the organization and client requirements.
- Ensure effective planning and execution of operations and achieve milestones and requirements of the organization.
Skills:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree holder of any 4-year course. In the absence of this, must have at least 2 years of experience in the Sr. Manager role
- Knowledgeable on Duda Platform
- Must have Hands-on experience on Web Development
- Knowledge on Graphics Design is an advantage
- Keen to details.
- Must have Leadership Quality and capable in providing coaching.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
