Responsibilities:defines the settings of assembly line processes and their validation
analyzes and optimizes processes and proposes modifications
improves working conditions, safety, ergonomics, and efficiency
provides support and collaborates with other departments, particularly in addressing failure rates and scrap rates
University degree, ideally in a technical field
experience in a similar position at a production plant (could also be during study)
fluent in Czech and English languages
advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and at least basic knowledge of AutoCAD, etc. (SolidWorks is a plus)
understanding of automation and robotic applications
LEAN tools – basic understanding is a plus
