* Měření a vyhodnocování výrobních časů
* Balancing procesu v závislosti na výrobních časech a objemech výroby
* Návrhy na úpravy pracovišť vedoucí ke zlepšení ergonomie, bezpečnosti či úspoře personálu
* Přímá spolupráce s procesním inženýrem při realizaci změn
* Návrhy a realizace automatizace pracovišť (interní i externí implementace)
* Implementace a správa 5S, kaizen a neustálé zlepšování
* Seznamování ostatních kolegů s Lean praktikou
* Úprava layoutu
Požadujeme
* SŠ/VŠ technického směru, praxe v oboru výhodou
* komunikativní znalost AJ
* znalost MS Office
* zkušenosti v automotive, iniciativa, vyjednávací schopnosti, samostatnost, zodpovědnost, flexibilita, stresová odolnost
* znalost štíhlé výroby a procesů v automotive
* znalost Kaizen, 5S, Lean, počítání OEE apod.
* znalost SW systému pro 3D modelaci a animaci pracovišť
* řidičský průkaz sk. B
