We are looking for a Senior Process Excellence Analyst to lead process optimization initiatives, strengthen governance, and drive operational excellence across the organization!

Mission:
To ensure the organization operates with clear, up-to-date, and efficient business processes that enable fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery. This role leads process architecture, governance, and optimization efforts, driving standardization where needed and continuously eliminating inefficiencies to maximize value.
Key responsibilities:
Process Architecture
Define and maintain the organization’s process framework, taxonomy, and ownership model, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Establish, communicate, and continuously improve process standards, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and compliance.
Support the implementation of process architecture, governance, and optimization initiatives.
Process Mapping & Documentation
Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to map AS-IS processes using BPMN or equivalent standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Design TO-BE processes that eliminate waste, leverage automation, and improve flow for greater efficiency and customer value.
Maintain high-quality, version-controlled process maps.
Process Inventory Management
Maintain and govern a centralized process inventory with clear ownership and accountability for each process.
Track updates, reviews, and audits of process documentation.
Report on inventory coverage and health to leadership.
Follow-up with owners and communicate impact in process changes
Drive Process Optimization
Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable results.
Identify bottlenecks, waste, and rework with data evidence.
Track, report, and deliver measurable process improvements such as cycle time reduction, cost savings, and quality enhancements.
Establish actions and initiatives to provide quality services that customers will value, buy and use.
Facilitate Continuous Improvement Culture
Coach squads, product teams, and business functions on process discipline.
Run training on process mapping, standard work, and continuous improvement tools.
Build capability to maintain improvements.
Apply Agile coaching techniques to foster adaptability and continuous improvement within teams and processes.
Align with Governance & Compliance
Ensure with process owners that all processes comply with internal controls, risk management, compliance, and audit requirements, maintaining readiness for regulatory reviews.
Support regulatory readiness by keeping processes auditable and well documented.
Partner with Audit, Risk & Compliance teams to embed controls.
Service Management & Process Integration
Collaborate with IT Service Management teams to ensure processes align with ITIL best practices and support efficient service delivery.
Define, document, and maintain integration points between business processes and ITSM workflows (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) to ensure controlled, compliant, and efficient process changes.
Define and maintain process interfaces with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management workflows.
Monitor process adherence and performance through service metrics and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
Partner with Service Owners to identify and implement automation opportunities that enhance service efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Required Skills:
Advanced process analysis and mapping skills (BPMN, SIPOC), with experience in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Minit).
Continuous improvement mindset
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology, with proven ability to apply it in complex environments.

Process Architecture standards & Tools (Recommended Tools: BPM tools - Signavio, ARIS, Visio, process mining - Celonis, Minit)
