In this role, you will take ownership of pricing strategy across a complex and diverse portfolio, guiding decisions that balance value creation, market competitiveness and sustainable growth. You will partner closely with business unit leaders, regional teams and local markets, supporting pricing decisions from new product launch through to end of lifecycle.
Success in this role means combining strong analytical thinking with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment. You will be motivated by delivering tangible business outcomes and continuously improving the way pricing is managed across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience improving price realisation and driving measurable margin expansion
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability, including price volume mix analysis
- Proven ability to influence cross functional stakeholders across regions and levels of seniority
