As a Senior Pricing Manager supporting Emerging Markets, you will sit at the heart of a highly collaborative and purpose driven organisation. This is a role where your insights and decisions directly influence commercial success, helping to unlock value for patients, customers and the business. Working with senior stakeholders across regions, you will play a key role in defining strategy and seeing the real impact of your work every day.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will take ownership of pricing strategy across a complex and diverse portfolio, guiding decisions that balance value creation, market competitiveness and sustainable growth. You will partner closely with business unit leaders, regional teams and local markets, supporting pricing decisions from new product launch through to end of lifecycle.
You will bring data to life, translating complex market intelligence and transactional insights into clear, actionable recommendations. From setting pricing guardrails and leading pricing governance discussions to driving structured price increase programmes, you will ensure consistency, discipline and transparency across markets. Alongside this, you will continuously monitor performance, identify opportunities to improve net price realisation and collaborate with Finance and commercial teams to deliver measurable margin impact.

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capability, including price volume mix analysis
  • Proven ability to influence cross functional stakeholders across regions and levels of seniority
  • Experience working in regulated or global industries such as medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceuticals
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 216,750 PLN - 325,000 PLN gross annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but
not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic
location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job
architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
