Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Engineer to lead the design, governance, and long‑term success of our enterprise low‑code and artificial intelligence application ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the primary platform owner and technical authority, responsible for creating secure, scalable, and compliant environments that support our business applications, automated workflows, and intelligent agents.
You will define and enforce data protection policies, oversee platform standards, and manage the full lifecycle of low‑code solutions across the organization. This position is deeply focused on platform governance and infrastructure, ensuring that our community of business creators can innovate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with enterprise requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Governance and Security: Define, optimize, and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards across low‑code applications, automated workflows, customer relationship management systems, data platforms, and artificial intelligence development environments. Ensure all solutions operate within a secure, well‑controlled, and compliant framework.

  • Environment Strategy and Architecture: Design and maintain a multi‑tiered environment strategy that supports proper data separation, controlled solution deployments, and full lifecycle management. Build structured environments that enable safe experimentation, reliable testing, and stable production operations.

  • AI Agents & Copilot Studio Administration: Lead the administration and governance of Copilot Studio, including environment configuration, capacity and licensing oversight, and implementation of security and compliance controls for intelligent agents. Establish enterprise standards for designing, building, deploying, and monitoring AI agents across the enterprise.

  • Data Protection and Connector Governance: Architect and manage data protection policies, connector governance, and approval workflows to prevent unauthorized data movement. Ensure all integrations and data flows meet enterprise security and regulatory requirements.

  • Application Lifecycle Management and Deployment Pipelines: Implement and maintain a full application lifecycle management framework for low‑code and enterprise business applications. Build automated deployment pipelines that support consistent, reliable, and high‑quality releases across all environments.

  • Capacity and License Management: Monitor and manage storage capacity, artificial intelligence resource usage, licensing consumption, and platform activity across thousands of users. Ensure resources remain optimized, cost‑effective, and aligned with business needs.

  • Platform Health, Monitoring, and Auditing: Proactively monitor platform performance, identify and remediate non‑compliant solutions, and enforce governance standards. Conduct regular audits, produce compliance reports, and deliver usage analytics to guide platform improvements and strategic decision‑making.

Required Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: At least five years of experience administering enterprise‑level low‑code platforms and customer relationship management systems. A minimum of two years focused on platform governance, environment strategy, and intelligent agent development.

  • Platform Administration Expertise: Deep hands‑on experience with administrative tools for low‑code platforms, data environments, security controls, and enterprise identity management groups. Strong understanding of how to configure, secure, and govern these systems at scale.

  • Customer Relationship Management Systems: Experience managing multi‑environment customer relationship management platforms, including environment setup, security role design, integration oversight, and governance within a large enterprise.

  • Intelligent Agent Development: Proven experience building, deploying, and governing intelligent agents. Skilled in configuring knowledge sources and publishing automated actions.

  • Automation and Scripting: Advanced proficiency with scripting languages used to automate administrative tasks and streamline platform operations.

  • Certifications: Certifications in low‑code solution design or low‑code functional consulting, such as the Power Platform Functional Consultant certification or the Power Platform Solution Architect certification.

Desired Skills
  • Experience with Data Protection and Information Governance: Hands‑on experience using enterprise data protection tools to classify sensitive information, apply masking rules, and enforce information‑handling policies.

  • Understanding of External Access Scenarios: Familiarity with secure external access patterns, including customer‑facing portals and identity experiences for external users.

  • Strong Stakeholder and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with business leaders, security teams, and solution creators. Skilled at translating complex security requirements into clear, practical guidance that empowers creators while maintaining safety and compliance.
