The Senior Planning Engineer develops project plans, coordinates construction activities, evaluates contractors, monitors progress, ensures compliance, and leads project teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Project Manager - India you will:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritising a safe working environment for all involved.
- Manage project documentation, including SOPs,HIRA, HAZCOMs,DPRs etc.
- Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges and to meet project objectives and maintain the MoM’s.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.
- Close collaboration with cross functions like Air Ops,Projects,SCM,Finance, HR for the smooth functioning of the project.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in construction project management working in any power transmission developer/EPC in India with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Highly Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software's like MS Projects/Monday.com/Primavera.
- Excellent working knowledge in MS Office suites.
- Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management, like Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA.
- Experience in working with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
Skills Required
